James Worthington has held many positions throughout the history of Kneaders Bakery and Café, including being the brand’s first franchisee with the opening of the Midvale, Utah location. In 2007, he joined the corporate team as Director of Operations, before taking the position of CEO in 2013.  During his direction, the brand has experienced a 500 percent growth in restaurant locations with an expansion to 56 stores.  Worthington’s primary responsibilities include the development and management of internal systems including those implemented at the store-level to create efficiencies and processes, as well as customer-facing systems such as online ordering and application development which continue to build brand loyalty.  Worthington also manages the brand’s supply chain, building a system which has effectively scaled with and enabled the rapid growth of the company. 

Worthington earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Utah and Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.  He is the recipient of the University of Utah Rising Star Award and the 2017 Golden Bridge, Fast Casual Dining CEO of the Year Award.  When James is not at the office, he can be seen coaching youth soccer for his children, wakeboarding, skiing, spending time with his wife, and enjoying the adventure of building his family’s legacy with the brand he loves.

Dr. Jack Elston has over 14 years experience working in the UAS field, and is the CEO and co-founder of Black Swift Technologies.  He is the technical lead on all avionics work at BST including the creation of a low cost, highly capable autopilot system and unique networking technologies to enable cooperative control of UAS. 

Jack received his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2011 where his research culminated in the design of a UAS used to conduct the first-ever intercept of a tornadic supercell thunderstorm by an unmanned aircraft. 

He has been directly involved in the development of more than twenty different unmanned aircraft systems and has conducted hundreds of flight experiments in adverse conditions including surveys at 14,000 ft MSL and operations in the Arctic.

Chris Hallberg one of Inc. magazine’s Top 50 Leadership and Management Experts has been taking big risks and getting outside of his comfort zone his entire life.

He joined the Army National Guard Military Police at 17, was an officer at a Maximum Security prison at 20. By the ripe age of 23, he was a Sergeant in both organizations leading other officers and soldiers in dynamic and challenging environments.

After serving in uniform, he began his career in sales and marketing and quickly became the #1 producing Sales Representative. Chris then leveraged all of his leadership experience and training and then led several sales teams to success.  As Sales Manager, he took a $3M Remodeling company and helped them grow to $8M in 3 years, and then as VP of Sales took a $9M Restoration company and led them to $20M in revenue in just 1 year.  After two years over $25M in revenue, the company was successfully sold to a private equity group.

Chris then started his own energy efficient remodeling business in 2009 at the onset of the “great recession” and despite difficult market conditions he quickly scaled the business to $2M in sales, and sold the company after two years of profitable operations with over 20% Net Profit to the bottom line.

After selling his business Chris started to help other entrepreneurs with their businesses while coaching several entrepreneurs he noticed that the majority of business owners were basically just “Making it up every day” so he looked for a solution to help them. In early 2014 He found it, it’s called EOS® or the Entrepreneurial Operating System® and became one of 50 Certified EOS Implementers nationally. He has been personally trained by EOS creator and best-selling author of Traction-Get a grip on your business Gino Wickman.  Chris uses EOS as the main “Framework” for all of his coaching engagements with entrepreneurial leadership teams across the nation.

Lori Canova has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the "I Have a Dream" Foundation of Boulder County since 1997. Under her leadership, the organization has grown from two Dreamer cohorts to 17, serving over 1,000 students and their families in four communities (Boulder, Lafayette, Longmont and Carbon Valley) within two of the largest school districts in Colorado (Boulder Valley and St. Vrain Valley.)

Lori helped start the local Mentors Matter group which focuses on recruitment of mentors, especially mentors of color. She also helped launch a county-wide collaborative school supply drive, Crayons to Calculators and is a co-founder and co-chair of a collective impact initiative called Dream Big focusing on closing the achievement and opportunity gap in Boulder County. Prior to joining "I Have A Dream, Lori was the Program Director for Big Brothers of Metro Denver; a Program Director for the Mental Health Association of Colorado; the Director of SB94 Juvenile Diversion Program for Jefferson Center for Mental Health; and an Adolescent Counselor for Human Services, Inc.

Lori has a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and completed her undergraduate work in Social Work at Colorado State University. Lori served on the board of directors for Foothills United Way from 2005-2007 and was chair of the board for Volunteers in Prevention from 1993-1995. In 2010, Lori received the Woman of the Year award from the Boulder Professional Women Group. In 2015, Lori received the Partnership Award from Boulder Housing Partners and was awarded the Women Who Light the Community Award from the Boulder Chamber of Commerce.

Dave is the boss around TeamSnap, doing everything from running the company to sweeping the floors, and everything in between. Since forming the company he has managed three successful investment rounds, secured strategic partnerships and overseen impressive growth. He continues to focus on both day-to-day and long-term initiatives while managing the company. 

Dave has more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership positions. He was previously CEO of SANRAD, a venture-funded storage networking company, which he joined in 2006. He also helped found LeftHand Networks, a Boulder-based company recently sold to Hewlett-Packard. Prior to that, Dave was with Hewlett-Packard.

Dave began his professional career as a field engineer in North and West Africa with Schlumberger Ltd. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard.

An avid skier and wannabe competitive cyclist, Dave lives in Boulder with wife Deb and two children, Mariel and Gabe. He enjoys reading, cooking, and microbreweries.

Lloyd Lewis is president and CEO of Arc Thrift Stores. Arc has 24 stores and 15 donation stations in Colorado. Arc provide advocacy for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and is one of the largest employers of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the state of Colorado.

Lewis’ role includes oversight and management of Arc’s retail stores, corporate and support operations, and a staff of over 1,500 employees. Under Lewis’ tenure, revenue has grown from $30 million to $75 million annually and earned income from $2 million to $10 million annually.

Lewis currently serves as board chair of the Colorado Cross Disability Coalition and of the Atlantis Community Foundation.

At Arc, Lewis is instrumental in forging relationships with communities of color, including Mi Casa Resource Center, the Latina Chamber of Denver, as well as other community organizations including the Mayor’s Road Home project. He received the Civil Rights Award from NewsEd Corporation for his work with challenged communities in 2008. He is also the recipient of an award as one of Denver’s “unsung heroes” in celebration of Denver’s 150th anniversary in 2009, and Lewis and Arc were named 2010 “Change Maker” for the City of Denver Change Maker program sponsored by Ashoka and the City of Denver.
